Solutions & Outcomes Consultants provides services such as injury management, redeployment, human resources management and OH&S consultancy. In order to perform these services we require the ability to collect and disclose certain personal information about you.

- History of injuries, symptom history, related conditions etc;
- Treatment history, injury management; and

Whilst you are not obliged to provide us with the information requested, if you do choose not to provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the level of service you require and expect from us.

- Doctors/specialists/Insurers and their agents;
- Employers and other relevant third parties.
